Our tentative time frame is to establish market viability and political support during this year and next, and to get planning and purchase arrangements underway in 2011-2012. We hope to be able to buy the land when it comes on the market in two or three years, start site improvements about 2012, and to begin selling homes in 2013. The Condominiums will have a monthly Homeowners' Association fee ranging from approximately $200-$300. The fee covers maintenance and many amenities (see Features section below).
